# Peerpedia — founders who answer each other

Peerpedia is an agent that holds what every founder in the network has
learned the hard way. A member asks in their own words — typed or
spoken. If the network already holds the answer, the agent returns it on
the spot with the contributing founder's name attached; if it doesn't,
the agent quietly takes the question to the one founder who has lived
it and brings their answer back.

## How it works

1. **Ask like you talk.** Type it, speak it, attach the spreadsheet. The
   agent reads the question the way a friend would — no forms, no tags.
2. **One founder, not a forum.** If the network already knows, the
   member gets the answer with the founder's name on it. If not, the
   agent takes it to the one peer who has lived it.
3. **Your answers work while you sleep.** A member answers when a
   question finds them, and their lesson keeps helping founders — always
   with their name, always in their control.

## Principles

- **Answers carry names.** Every answer is signed by the founder who
  lived it — that is why it can be trusted.
- **Members talk only to the agent.** Founders never message each other
  directly through Peerpedia; the agent mediates every exchange.
- **Sensitive stays private.** A question marked private is seen only by
  the answering peer, without the asker's name.
- **Your knowledge is yours.** Members can see everything the network
  holds from them, correct it anytime, and take it with them if they
  leave.

## Joining

Registration is open to company founders. Identity is a WhatsApp phone
number — no password, no form. Enter the number, verify with a one-time
code, and the agent runs a short interview to build the member profile.
